Credit Cards

1. You can keep your credit card on file with us. Your credit card information is on file per your previous authorization to charge all bills to your credit card. The amount on each invoice sent will be billed to your card by the indicated due date to take advantage of the early bird pricing and to avoid any late fee penalties.

2. Individual Credit Card Authorizations per invoice can also be an option, but you must remember the early bird pricing date. We will not keep your credit card information on file.

Checks

If you choose to pay by check, please mail in payment by the Early Bird date.

You have the option to postdate a check for an additional $25 fee, but it must be received by Early Bird date provided.

Paid receipts are available upon request.

NOTE:
• Early Bird price expires 30 days before a show opens.
• Regular price ($50 higher) expires 3 days after a show closes.
• Missing both of these will cost you $100 more.

A Finance Charge of 1.5% will be applied monthly for open balances after 60 days.
