Rendezvous & Convenience Charges

*Artists meeting us at a rest area or parking lot within 5 miles of an exit on the highway stretches listed below, $60 per rendezvous.

*Artists needing us to come to their studio will pay $100 per rendezvous if studio is within 5 miles of highway as listed below. If more than 5 miles from highway, add $2.50 per mile.

*In all cases, the freight should be brought to the curb. If you cannot do this, an extra charge will apply.

*Sometimes, depending on your show schedule, it is easier for us to take your freight out of a prior show, and/or return it to a later show, instead of having to rendezvous. This can save you time, mileage and several sequences of loading and unloading your vehicle. The usual fee for this is $100 per convenience

These prices assume payment in full according to our early bird schedule. They are good for the range of dates shown on our website schedule and solicit letter mailed to you. If you need us to meet you outside that time frame, special pricing may apply.

Our regular route includes:

87 between NYC and exit 20 on the northway
89 between Concord, NH and Burlington, VT
93 between Concord, NH and Boston, MA
90 between Boston, MA and Albany, NY
91 between New Haven, CT and White River Junction, VT
95 between Boston, MA and NYC
84 between Hartford, CT and Mass Pike exit 9

Our regular route might be extended on a show by show basis. For instance, if the rendezvous point is on the route we travel to the show, etc.

Typically, we pick freight up 10-12 days before a show and return it approximately 5-10 days after the show ends.
